my m5's voice command buttons both steering and center console does not work. Does anyone has an idea why? Please help.

assuming you have a US M5, your car had a software update done at some point in the past and the dealer didn't have the required file to re-enable it. see the attached PDF. you're not missing much, btw.

Yea I never use voice commands, it seems like it takes longer than just using the I-drive...
