Damn I never seen that, turbos in the rear? Doesnt it make the turbos easy to get damaged, corroded, and those long pipes from the rear to the engine restrict airflow gradient?

I saw the Currency Motors car up close at this year's Bimmerfest. They were pitching it as the fastest BMW in the world with a top speed around 220mph or so and I think a 0-60 time of around 3.7sec. The interior was all done in alligator skins. There's a long thread on the M5Board on this car.

Like M500 AED stated above, none of the claims have been independently tested.

well what do you know. I saw that car there at Bimmerfest too!

I have pics and tried to post it a few days ago but it didnt work... must be some settings on my work computer so I gave up and forgot about it. hahahah

Why don't they try a supercharger. With turbos in the rear there has to be a lag. And the sound of the turbos winding up reminds me of a japanese car.

Guys this is probably the new twin turbo 410hp V8 that is due next year or so for the 5/6/7 series.
