I haven't gone anywhere and won't be bullied ;-)

As for the north south divide, I'm born and bread South Yorkshire and my kids live in Sheffield and Beverley ( I collect them every Friday night and return to there respective mothers on Sunday night ).

I have lived in MK ( Down South ) for about 6 years now and love you southerners like as if you were normal humans LOL.

As for the credit crunch.....I did read an article about it the IT Contractor monthly magazine

Jay,

I'd love to take you up on your offer but I'm struggling for time a the moment due to work commitments so will have to get a dealer to fit in me.

If that changes I'll come back to

Thanks for the very kind off though

Biglad,

I live in Hull (unfortunately for my sins, although not a Hully Gully), I can also extend the offer if youve the time while over in Beverley, the choice is yours, if you want a spin in a "Yorkshire Lads M5" THEN IT WILL BE A PLEASURE

Sounds like you are busy at work. Just get a little busier and buy the car. The silver grey one sounds a steal however, if you are not willing to stretch a few grand then a expensive to run car like the M5 might not be your cuppa just yet. Its a car where you want to drive it happy and not worry about cost of service/petrol/insurance etc.

No one here can make your mind up for you all they can do is make it even more difficult to say no (you are in a M5 forum!)

Of of my mates always says "he who hesitates, masterb..."

I guess this would represent good value as well then as it's almost identical but from a dealer and with M Multifunction seats....

http://www.bmw.co.uk/bmwuk/auc/car_details...SNB92070BE18069

Wonder how much the other guy would come down if I was to make him an offer....

So thats two cars, both sightly over budget by about 10% but both with excellent spec and super low mileage

erm.......when is this bloody dealer going to get my test drive sorted out erhhhhhhhh !!!

Si

This car is now showing just under ?30k which on the 4th Sept was showing ?33.......Now that really is a bargin now

I'm still staying cool and taking my time.

Good news is one of my local dealers ( bedford ) has a used example I'm going to test drive this weekend or maybe next week when I get some time.
