Doh, so I guess it couldn't have been me that phoned in.
Obviously we are not privileged to the inside details, but I bet the cops probably interviewed and asked around the neighborhood. Plus don't we have a member that literally lives a block from him? Additionally, somehow I get the feeling that this antic wasn't a one time thing, so maybe several neighbors witnessed it, etc.
