I say the kid is fool to the second power. One for driving the way he did and two for being cocky and bragging about it. He got what he deserved. Now the question is: Has he learned anything from this experience? For his own safety and that of others, I surely hope so.

+1000 We aren't boasting of going down residential streets and ludicrous speed. Who cares if the cops see my car? 1) I have kids I want to get home to so doing stupid things while driving is out and 2) If I did the dumb shit you do I certainly wouldn't brag about it
