I tried searching but was unsuccessful. 2008 528xi
I just installed bilstein b6 shox/ struts and H&R lowering springs but now xenons seem aimed too low. Is there any way to adjust this?
Thanks in advance,
Mark

My quick search http://forums.5serie...1&#entry1106496

Just wonderin' what is the Bilstein part number you are using? And how's the ride paired up of H&R springs + B6? Pics of the ride and/or detail pics of the suspension?

Thanks, I searched xenon instead of HID and didn't come up with anything.
Ride is a little more firm than "I" sport. Not lowrider bad at all. No problems scraping or bottoming out like seemed to be the case with the factory shox/struts and H&R xi springs. It bottoms out on what it would have bottomed out on before the change.
Sorry no pics. I did the switch with a friend and it is a PITA - took 6.5 hrs but I had never done this before and he had done AWD VW's but never a BMW. I used the B6 bilsteins (not the B8 sports - they are not yet available in the US) You can get them thru ajusa.com or shox.com

The headlight aim adjustment screws are the white plastic allen head sockets on the top of the headlight unit - as shown in the picture from the previous post. You'll need to set up the "target" on a wall 33 feet from the front of the car on a level surface. I used my garage door after sun set - the pattern is very obvious in low light.
