Blue LEDs - Not legal, but you can do it.
Cost - Less than $50. The LEDs cost 2.39 each. You need about 15-20 just in case any of the LED is bad. Silicone and hot glue.

If you really wanted to get creative, you could get a multi color LED. Wire it up to a switch so you could change the color of the LED's from blue to red or whatever.

That's beautiful. It's a shame I'm not handy with tools to be able to do that without dicking something up. The orange brows are all right, I've learned to live with them, but I think the white one is just incredible. Might have to pay someone to do it for me.
