Hey All,
I tried the SB today that another fellow forum member was selling since the group buy SB was sold out.
After it was installed, I got a "transmission error" message but it went away after we removed the SB and plugged the oem harness back on. Also, my driver side parking lamp is now dimed. What gives with this transmission error message and dimming the parking lamp?
I decided to pull the plug on the SB for now until further research/feedback. I know in the DYI section, people were mentioning the error message may be due bent pin. Anyone else experience issues with their parking lamp dimed?
Thanks!

My Ride: 2013 M5 - Sakhir Orange / Black Leather.
Put mine on last night before the wife and I went out to dinner. All I can say is Wow! Throttle response is awesome. I was skeptical, but now am a believer. I cut the carpet a bit so that I could tuck the thing under the padding behind the gas pedal. Completely invisible. It'll take some time to get used to the quick throttle response - shifts were a bit jerky last night. No error messages or any issues.

Mine came today but typically the weather has been AWFUL, really strong winds and heavy rain. Severe weather warning for tomorrow too. It was bad enough waiting for it to arrive - but having it sitting next to me as I type, looking up at me from it's little box and saying "fit me, fit me" is even worse!!

Sprint Booster installed! Need to go and take it for a drive to test it. I spent half an hour trying to get rid of the red warning " (!) " error message that was on the dash board after installing it. Checked for bent pins again (had done this before install) and all were fine. Knew I had it the right way round so it wasn't that. Took it all off, put it back on, same error. Took it off completely and put the whole pedal assembly back on without the sprint booster and STILL had the warning light Put the sprint booster back on, started the engine, and that damn error light was still there. Then ... ummm ... I realised that the light was actually the hand brake light. Took the hand brake off, light went out. DUH !!!!
