Hi guys, I am in the process of installing an amp and a sub to the factory radio. What would be a good sound processor to purchase? I was looking at JL Audio CL441dsp CleanSweep?. What would you guys recommend?

I tried searching the forums for sound processor, but it did not really come back with alot of search results. Anyone knowledgable about sound processors and car audio would be greatly appreciated with their input!

I've heard nothing but good things about the JL cleansweep. another place to check out is audio control.

I have used the eqx and it has been great.

A friend of mine installed a cleansweep into his car, it had a hell of a noise floor! the rest of the equipment was also JL. He ripped it out and replced with audiocontrol.

Audison Bitone, make sure you get it from an authorized dealer. Im in the middle of redoing my system and the bitone is a all in one solution for oem system.
here's some pics of my previous set up, i had the cleansweep, jl summing device and the alpine h701 processor.

If you are not in a real hurry and you are just adding an amp and not going active Mobride is coming out with a unit that plugs right into the most bus plug that goes into the logic 7 amp. If you dont have the logic 7 and you just need intigration use the audio control LC6i. if you want eq and crossovers get the DQSX or the BitOne .1

In addition to the JL piece MTX makes a very nice piece called an REQ5 you should look into that. I sell car audio for a living and I have worked with all of them.

What about the rockford fostgate offering?
The 3sixty is from rockford and it is a good piece. The draw back is it is overpriced and you have to have a bluetooth laptop or a BT palm to tune it. REQ5 is just as good for 1/2 the money
