I would like to change the crome profiles around the side windows with black shadow line (option code 760). Do you think that is retrofittable?

My Ride: On order: 2007 550i, silver gray, black leather, anth. maple trim, active cruise, heated steering wheel, sport, night vision, vent seats, heat rears, active steering, rear air bags, folding seats, comfort access, navigation , HUD, black head liner, steptronic, premium sound, sirius and HD radio.
yes it is. a little pricy but very possible.

The High gloss shadlwline ( option 760 ) is pretty expensive
The "matt black" shadowline ( option 339 ) is about 1/4 of the price and less parts in total to change

Also you dont have to change the mirrors and B pillar covers to Gloss
