The Redline is completely stealth to detector-detectors. I think that is what you were trying to say?

Good buy. Be sure to download waze, it's a free social networking like the live service from escort reporting police, hazards, and traffic slowdowns.

I just wish there was a silence button for the V1, it can get annoying having it go off from a supermarket door. I don't wanna have to turn the volume up and down passing through that same area every time! :x

+1.

I agree. That's why I went the escort 9500, you can turn off the x band in the adance mode and the gps marking makes false alarms go away.

Yep. I run the 9500Ci It is silent driving around town sometimes I think it is not working. But when it does goes off I know to be alert. With the GPS tracking it has learned all my usual routes.

I love the integrated look. No wires, nothing hanging on the visor. Just a small display in my iDrive screen where I installed it.

You don't need a silence button. Just go into set up and disable X and K band altogether. Problem solved.

I am going to have to figure out how to use turn those bands off. So cops do not use x band or K band?

In my city/county and all throughout the midwest I pick up radar on x and k band. Even from Indiana all the way down to Florida.
