Need Part Number - CD changer connector

Hi
could someone give me the part number for the connector block that goes to the CD changer please? This is the one that carries the power supply and the fibre optics, and plugs to the back of the CD changer

What's known as X18180 in the bulletin IS = p/n 61-13-6-917-978, I'd say your dealer is clueless
