Default Need Help! Please help identify the connector!

Hi ,

So I replaced the starter on my 06 530i by just moving the intake manifold instead of removing it. When everything put was put together and car was started I got transmission malfunction error.... long story short Figured out from online search that exact same thing happened to a guy and it turned out be the " Crankshaft Position Sensor" cable was disconnected. I checked and sure enough , same issue here.

The Problem is my connector broke and this cable is going coming from the harness box thats mounted under intake Manifold.

I checked on multiple sites but I cant seem to find a part number or part for this. I have attached a lot of pictures of it. I would really appreciate if someone could guide me to where i could buy this.

Look at the numbers on the side of the connector. Google for those. You can find them I think. Might take some time surfing. Second option is to go to the junk yard and get a connector from another car. Needed one to repair daughter's car about 18 months ago. Self service -- $10 per connector snipped. If you have to splice the wiring harness, solder the wires and use dual-wall adhesive heat shrink tubing.

Hey Thanks for the reply . Someone actually helped me find it on real oem. It is #17 on the realoem parts diagram. For some reason i kept looking at # 18 which was not listed on real oem. Thanks for the help!
