Should I just get cross drilled? I don't need slotted right since I'm not a too agressive driver. I also want the pads to last.

Yes, you can get new rotors, just be sure to go through the full bedding procedure again so you seat the pads properly on the new rotors.

Well, it depends on the look you are looking for too. You might be just fine with the drilled ones but you do have Hawk pads which are much harder than OEM. I am patiently waiting for my front ones to wear so that I could get the R1 rotors (drilled & slotted). I've had them on my 4Runner before and they were great.
