M-ASK to CCC parts

Was thinking of adding the CCC pro nav to my MASK non nav pre-LCI E60 but I need to be clear about a few things since from the info on the forums I cannot be 100% sure.
The prod date is 22.09.2005 and the car never had nav/any updates installed and does not have nav prep.
1. Do I need:
- 8.8" Monitor
- CCC unit
- GPS antenna
- CCC fan wiring harness
- CCC trim
- do I really need a new iDrive controller (and if I need new controller I assume I need new center console trim also?) or can my current one be programmed to work with the new version CCC with the 8 buttons (ideal solution)?
2. Coding wise, do I need to upgrade the car to the latest software (code every module)? Can it be done remotely?
3. Some people are selling the CCC bundle and say they it can be pre-coded so it is plug and play on my end. True or not?
