Default Lm2 light module question

Want to get the LM2. I have lci taillight with Bruce cable and wondering if I instal the new module do I still need the Bruce cable for tails? Do they work together? Does lm2 turn the tails as day time running with the AEs. Also is it possible to rewire fog lights to turn on as a day time running? I need all lights tails, AE, fogs and low beam to come on automatically when car is turn on
Thx

I have the LCI tails with Bruce cables as well. I bought the LM2. I had Simon (nomis_nehc) install and code the LM2 for my car since I wanted the angel eyes on my pre-LCI headlights as DRLs.

Since the LM2 was coded to work with pre-LCI lights, the angel eyes and LCI tails work fine with DRL even with the Bruce cables.

Another option is to code the LM2 with pre-LCI headlights and LCI tails and you can then eliminate the Bruce cables....which I forgot to have Simon do. DOH!

As far as the fogs go, sorry, I don't have an answer for that. I would PM Simon.

Thanks for information
So you have both tails and AE automatically on when you start the car?. I know that it requires coding but want make sure that it will work with/out Bruce cable.
I think than keeping Bruce cable is just that brake affect I have with it now?

Yup. Tails and AE are on as DRL. Plus, you can also enable or disable the DRL using the iDrive. I wasn't able to do that before.

What's a Daeos harness and what does it do? Got a link?
