I used Dremel 3000 https://www.google.com/search?q=Dremel (Search for a good price) you can use other tool too I guess.
the template is included for cutting... but the sizing is incorrect. Please follow Rizbel size: https://5series.net/forums/topic/114...ender-grilles/

i dont think the door skins are aluminum. however everything front of the A pillar is aluminum....my magnets i used during vinyl wraps wont attract anything forward of the A pillar. i always have to use tape....
be careful with the assumption that aluminum doesnt corrode or oxidize....you could still incur some issues. you may want to at least have a paint shop give u a fresh clear coat...but thats just me.
