Installed RPI exhaust today

Oh by the way, the picture shows the relatively new black Carbon fiber liscense plate holder I bought from Bimmian or modbargains, I am blanking on where at the moment but it looks great in person. I had to order black screw covers seperatly from some random website for 2 bucks since it did not come with any and think it looks much better. But if you want something different for the plate, I highly recomend it!

So just got done welding my second design of the hanger i got. I basically got a U clamp, put that around the RPI exhuast near the front and welded a hanger to that. Now it fits MUCH better, and there is much less vibration in the cabin. The tips fit better and the piping is much straighter with no sag/bend near the resonator/clamped connection to OEM piece.
So you do not have to modify your RPI exhaust at all if you are interested in selling it or as they say they will not fix/repair/refund you if you modify the rpi exhaust in ANY WAY so this way there is no mods to the actual muffler piece and simply uses a clamp with a hanger to better secure the exhaust.
I had to also adjust my rubber hangers in the rear to not have it hang so low-this sytem definetly took a lot of playing around wiht, not just swap off and swap on like the SS and Remus I had. However the end result is much better but did take some time.
no sound clips today it is pouring!

My Ride: A Car faster than yours.....
For guys that are installing the 525, 528, 530, 545, 550 exhaust that have "sagging" problems. If the exhaust is either pushed out (tips farther out) or pushed in (tips in more), the exhaust tips go upward. The rubber hangers are at the lowest point when the two vertical holes are directly up and down. Bring the exhaust back or forward will shift the rubber hanger and decrease the vertical distance, bringing the exhaust up closer to the rear vallance of the car.

I think if you follow the instructions on the RPi website precisely you wont have a problem. My shop cut the stock exhaust EXACTLY where the instructions say to cut and my fitment was PERFECT.
