Each car and each system will have different performance results. Ill have some dyno numbers soon. The thing is that if you want performance, you'll probably want the sound. If you want it to be quiet add these. Once installed, it only takes a few minutes to remove them if you want the full power of the exhaust back.
Obviously, I'm the exception from the "norm" - I do want max performance, but not so much noise.

I don't even have an RPI exhaust (yet!), but I can tell you that if you made the kind of silencers that can be opened and closed at a push of a button at a street light, I'd be the first to buy - even if they were twice the price! Our silencers for our E60 and E63 exhausts are complete. These silencing cones significantly reduce DB levels as well as drone and are completely removable.

My Ride: A Car faster than yours.....
Each car is different so I wouldnt be able to test the specific DB levels for your car unless I get one here. Some cars have headers, tune, etc.
