My Ride: 2004 Titanium Gray/Black Leather 545i, 6SP Manual, Sport Package, Anthracite Maple Wood, Satellite Preparation. H&R coilover suspension, Radenergie 20's
I have the 545i 2004. I got the sports package
Is my shock different from a non sport package e60?
So did I just waste my money on the sport package if change to coilovers?
Knowing this fact, What is the best suspension for the e60 anyways. Please help.

My Ride: [i][b][u]Since 19 august 2004[/u][/b][/i]: [color=red][b]530i[/b] High Executive[/color], Silvergray with beige interior, Popular wood, Servotronic, Sportssuspension, electric foldable and dimmed mirrors, dimmed interior mirror, pappelmaser braun wood, cupholders, styling 123 18" wheels, Logic 7, Steptronic, alarm class 3, electric sunscreen in the rear and suncreens for sidewindows, Comfort seats, heated seats, Xenon with headlightwashers, Adaptive corner lights ALC, Advanced airconditioning, lightpackage, Nav Pro, 6 cd changer, side airbags rearseats, bluetooth siemens S55, chrome kidneys, gearlever with wood, voice recognition retrofit, front windshield with green band.
Waiting for trunkopener button from Hobi :)
In the past with other cars I've noticed coilovers are the way to go. The springs and shockabsorbers are made for eachother and that works best.
on e46fanatics most people used coilovers to get extreme effects and the best ride quality.

Yes coilovers are the way to go..
