I tinted mine with a light smoke vinyl overlay - was a pretty simple DIY, took about 2 hours (including the drying).
I got the overlays from rvynil.com - they have pre-cut vynil overlays for headlights, tails and brows and turn signals for both, respectively. But if you want to do it the easiest and sheapest way, just get color-matching (or whatever color/transparency you want) vinyl and just cut out shapes roughly the size of the brows (slightly larger in all dimentions), stick them onto the hl's and wait for adhesive to harden. When it hardens, take a razor and cut the overlay to the eyebrow shape
