I thought I had one in my gallery but alas it's not there. I did post one a while back so I must have one buried on one of my PCs. Will hunt for it when I get some time.
That said, it's a pretty simple solution: Metal frame with plate bolted to it with nuts and bolts (reduces protrusion) - mine are black but regular nuts and bolts could be painted. Then 4 strips of 3M double sided tape holds the whole deal in the center of the front bumper.

Went out in the rain and grabbed a couple of pictures that should give you an idea.
