bruce_,miranda, thanks for the heads up. I'm waiting for Patryk to get my package ready for me. It's nice to know what order things should be done to save time.

VERY COOL! Thank you. I hope this will also work on my North American car.

Been following this thread in awe of the knowledge displayed here (and the added capabilities of the upgrades) and since this is probably the place with the most coding know-how on the entire forums I'll give it a (slighly Off-topic try):

Patryk, would you consider it to be feasible to (semi-permanently) display the coolant temp now only found in the hidden ODO menu on the cluster? I find it extremely annoying to have to unlock the menu everytime I get in the car.

I've only found the ACM module capable of this but perhaps this could be achieved by coding as well?

Thanks!

Thanks guys for the great sharing , I'm getting my kit soon from Patryk , I'm just not very happy with the I-drive CIC controller frame ,, I'm thinking instead of having the one provided by Patryk , what do you think of this one guys ( check the difference between pic 1 and pic 2 ),, pic 1 looks better which a bigger edge ..

Isn't picture 1 from the M3, you can't get that bezel on its own as a spare.

So what is the final cost of going from a 2004 525i CCC to CIC (ComboX) with all the bells and whistles? ~3k?

I am expecting my controller parts to arrive any day. I like that fatter frame. I'll order one myself if you think I can get it, If not I'll buy one from you.
