I did a fix 2 days ago.
Change all the belt drive pulleys. I have only done 56000km on the car.
Is this normal?

It started to make noises and all the pulleys have movements in them.
The barring have started to ware out.
I see that there must be something wrong with the old set coz they have stop making them.
so guy best check it out in your 03 and 06 cars

the old belt drive has been discontinued
so I had to buy a new hole set for my 04 car.

after the fix the car feels much smoother and faster

old set

My Ride: It's an E60 545I 6 speed.

My belts are pretty noisy right now. Esp when it's cold out...

Are there performance pulleys out there for a 545?
