This is not to capture this posting, but do any of you have the spare part number for the fan harnest (item E on the list), or the different parts so as to make it.

I have just installed it and it works perfect, but gets to hot.

Thanks for the info. Perfect.

It went very easy. No we had to use a different video cable, the old one dont support the new screen.

So now I have Navi prof, and prologic 7. What i different everything is.

 

No prob thats what were here for im waiting for all my parts to come in but they are on the way so ill probably do mine next weekend or the following do you know where i can order the fan harness because i tried getbmwparts.com and i ordered it but they sent me an email later saying they dont carry the item any more. I also tried dealerships but it doesn't come up. Does anyone know where i can buy the fan harness from?

 

same question here....i now have all the following parts either in my possession or on their way in the mail:

CCC head unit
8.8" screen
LCI/CiC iDrive HIGH controller (with the extra buttons)
Center Console AC Controls Trim piece
GPC antennae - ill be ordering this today

but i cannot find this damn wiring harness!!!

when i connect with others who have completed the retrofit for CCC have either found the harness at a junkyard (out in Cali there are a lot more E60s than here in the midwest) or one guy who even created his own using RC car parts!

HELP! lol
