Default Help with Dension Gateway 500 settings

Hi All,

I've been searching around the forums for help trying to get my Dension GW 500 setup correctly.

Here's a little history on the situation, firstly I have a 2005 BMW 530 with nav & cdc.

I had the car coded for the ipod kit and eventually upgraded to the GW 500 installed everything myself and it worked seamlessly. I can install literally in less than 15 mins.

I was getting rid of the car so I sold the GW 500.

I ended up having to keep the car so I updated to the CIC from the older CCC. I purchased a new GW 500 and installed. I dont use the cdc as my magazines always jam so I removed it completely.

My dip switches were set to

It showed the 6 discs although disc 2 is greyed out.
I read around and found that CIC dip switches were different so I set to

The options now look better but I can't access the Menu and the ipod seems to be stuck in IPod IU

Whatever option I choose continues to say Please wait but nothing happens.

Then whatever I click says Ipod UI when I go back to the disc Menu.
When I look at the ipod in the glove it keeps showing Aaliyah but I want it to have the Dension splash screen so I know its in Gateway mode.
