My Ride: 2007 530xi, alpine white, dakota black interior, nav... stock.
I've just recently purchased a '07 530xi white on black. It's everything I need in a car and more. My previous car was a '04 STi and that thing was pain to drive around NYC (got too much attention from the cops and I had the tendency to have too much fun with it 
). With that said, the performance of the 530xi is good enough for me that I don't miss the the Subaru. I feel the BMW is more car despite the big gap in performance. As a matter of fact, I appreciate the better fuel economy more than I do the performance. Ever since gas went up to over $3 a gallon, driving fast doesn't seem as exciting as it used to be.
