Well, voice control works but was horribly inaccurate during the first 5 or 10 minutes of trying. Of maybe 10-15 attempts to dial in several radio stations, it only got it right once. I'm not sure if thing is trying to train itself, but it made a pretty bad first impression on me. Everything else was just peachy; no issues. The guy wants to wait a couple of days before activiting bmw assist, so they can get the paperwork filed. There was no request for my credit card associated with this. Definitely a 5-out-of-5 experience, although a bit rused. I couldn't believe there were 12 miles on it already, but the salesman blamed the factory and vpc, saying next to none of them was put on by the dealer! I haven't gotten to play with logic-7 but the nav lady in mine is able to complete most of her sentences, unlike a few other e60's I've heard about.

I tried to take a few pics at the dealers, but apparently my Coolpix 5700 was stuck on full zoom and wouldn't back off. I"ll try and reset it later.
