Well, it is obvious that BMW has a lot of problems with the E60, mostly with compatibility between different electronic gadgets, like Bluetooth, satellite radio, navigator, voice control, mp3 files etc. This latest issue with the voice control described in the fax from UK ( see http://e60.doit.wisc.edu/forums/inde...showtopic=605) is absolutely crazy. I?m waiting for a retrofit of the Navi Prof and BMW has so far not shared any detailed information on when this will happen. I have sent five e-mails to either BMW Sweden or BMW Germany during the last few weeks and no one has answered yet. I have also been on the phone with my dealer on countless occasions. He can not provide me an answer. It seems like he has the same problem getting information. I have been waiting for the retrofit since October. I am not used to this attitude from BMW. During all the years I owned the E39 I can not recall any incident with the company or the car. Is this a sign of stress within the company? Is this a more severe problem for the company than they will admit? Many people seem frustrated out there. What can we do? They have to listen to their costumers.

i am trying to relax
i am definitely enjoying the car
while i am upset about TMC
I am <span style='font-size:21pt;line-height:100%'><span style='font-size:14pt;line-height:100%'>LIVID </span></span>about the AC...
and all BMW has said, so far, is, essentially, 'oops!' -- not good enough!
