Car in BMW Body Shop, estimated completion 01/24/07.

My Ride: 2008 535i: June 6th start build, complete June 17th, at NY Port July 5th, at dealer July 10th, took delivery Friday July 13- Plantimum Bronze/Natural Brown Leather/Light Poplar, Sport Package, Sport Auto, Active Steering, Premium Package, CWP & PDC. Dinan Performance Software 384hp & 421 ft/lbs.

Look guys, I like the extra power I have with the 535 and you just can't get that with the 550. I had the 545 when that was the car to have, now new technology supplants the normally aspirated V8-even BMW is dumping it for a TT variant.
The 550 is a great car, if you have one enjoy it and don't look back.

550i is a great car, no need to increase power using software, is ready out the box.
Both are great.
