I bought a used 04 545i about 6 months ago and right now it reached the 130,000 mark and I'm curious to know how long this engines really last? I've been doing all of its maintenance orderly. The car Is completely stock and in really good conditions inside and out. I've went against many cars at red lights and have punched it a couple times and the car feels nice and strong,it has never let me down. Hopefully it stays likes this until the 250,000 mark by then ill probably upgrade to something more like a 2011 550i or maybe m5 you'll never know. I love these cars!!!!

You still got a long way to go my friend, as long as you take care of the service requirements feel confident about your car they are good machines

 

I want to know who has the least mileage. My father's 07 530i has 19.5k miles only.

 

90,098 miles, or 145,000km and still running as smooth as silk, ok the idle is a bit rough, but nothing a spark plug replacement won't fix.

 

My girl is pushing 136K...Jan is her yearly service checkup. Other than a recently issue with the Tran....she punches on a dime...clean inside and out. '04 530i

 

It still looks like im the one with the most Kilometers and miles I have about 210,000k or 130,000 miles anyone out there with a 545i with more or almost the same?

04 545i w/ 107k. Runs strong but needs some work come spring. Valve covers are starting to leak and my rear differential seal needs to be replaced. Other than that no issues.
