Mine has 67k (520D '07) and recently replaced:

- new turbo
- new injectors
- lots of other new parts

I had a serious failure of turbo charger gasket :/ (it start running on oil and I managed to shut engine off on higher gear, thankfully it happened just after I start acceleration on motorway, 5-10seconds more and I would be on 6th gear without chance to shut it off quickly). I had huge issues with this engine after garage changed only turbo and turbo "accessories".
Car had issue with clogged DPF, made some weird sounds over 2000RPM, low power, etc. etc.

It took 3 months in garage to take apart engine, gearbox to find what were the cause of that sound (sound were located in bottom side of engine, near crankshaft, some former BMW employee said that it was crankshaft gear (LOL) so "my" garage were convinced that it might be something wrong in there (that's why they took apart bottom part of engine, gearbox, checked flywheel, clutch, then start checking top of engine and found that after they shipped injectors to professional company dealing with injectors, it turned out that 3 of 4 were very badly damaged, 1 were in ok condition. I ordered 4 new BMW injectors, cleaned DPF and sensors by myself, and finally few weeks ago I got my car back :>).

Car after some time in garage driving very very nicely without issue, it costs me roughly £3000 to repair everything but I'm happy as car is checked and most of parts looks like new :>.

While I had car in garage I start think about buying F10 (however I prefer E60 over F10), but as I got fully checked low mileage lovely BMW I decided to stay with it

I had this BMW for 2 years and 1/6 of that time it spent in garage (but it was my fault that I haven't checked injectors just after I bought this car, I were convinced by low mileage that everything is ok)

WOW! This is amazing. A HUGE congrats to you, SIR!!

This is something we should ALL aspire towards.

This speaks volumes about BMW's superior dependability when properly maintained and taken care of. Very well done again, sir.

At 12,400 original miles here (strictly a weekender cruiser all these years), we definitely have something to shoot for!

ha ha.

again, here's looking at you and we hope you hit 400,000 without ANY hitches or issues whatsoever!

BEST REGARDS

Definetly not a typo, with a great smile about to hit 358,000miles this week. Dont know about service history but since it been in my hands (about 2 years), i've done everything to keep this baby up to date on maintenance. I can tell you maintenance on high mile cars are a B*tch, since my dealer told me to replace alot of suspension components. But beamer's for life!! Was gonna get a 535xi but i knew it would have turbo issue with my heavy mileage driving.
