What is ergo tv?( idrive question)

My Ride: 2007 Sapphire Black Metallic 525i. Beige Dakota Leather, Premium package, bluetooth, BMW Assist, Xenon adaptive lights, Sirius radio
I tried the trick of holding the iddrive down for 15 secs, turning it clockwise 3 clicks the countercloskwise 3 clicks then 1 click clock wise then one counter clock wise and then pusing the idrive down again..........Pulss up some menu items some are adjustabe
