That was going to be my question, I thought the 530i ceased production in 2007 and has been the 535i since. other than that the specs look fantastic good luck with it - you will love it as much as we all do here.
I believe 535i is only for U.S. We still have 530i in Asia and Europe.

That is an awesome spec car but you may be able to save some money by tweaking the spec. If you go for Comfort Seats then you will get better seats for cheaper. It will replace your elec seats + memory and your lumbar support because the Comfort Seats include memory, is fully electric and includes a lumbar support. Plus the seats have more adjustments.

The visibility pack includes Xenon, headlight wash and adaptive lights but you seem to have spec'd the pack as well as the separate options (unless you are just expanding the options in the pack). Same for Media Pack and Sat Nav, CD changer etc.

I think you've picked every single option BMW has. The only options I can think that you are missing are heated seats and heated steering wheel.

The options must be costing you about 50% extra on the cost of the car, right?
You can save money when you get the package! For example in the Luxury package, I originally only wanted dakota leather, dark poplar wood and elec. front seats. Those 3 will cost you about $4100. But if you get the package you pay less because it costs less(about $3800) and will give you soft-close doors.

I guess I should check out those comfort seats before ordering. Tnx for that tip .

530i that BMW sells currently worldwide except US had its engine changed in 2007. Before 2007 it was 250HP or something. Now it's 272HP, tangibly lower than 535i being sold to US instead of 530.

Kevin, see my prior post. BMW sells the 530 all over the world -- just not in the U.S.
and Canada.

We would say not in North America.
