Last week my battery went flat it took ages but I got it jump started.

The dash lights where going crazy, battery drained again so I took of ibs sensor

All has been well but for the past few days I can't access fm/am on idrive they are greyed out tried disconnecting battery for several hours, reboot I drive etc nothing.

If I plug It in to the laptop and run a Ariel test it will go white and I can access it and it may work untill I turn off the engine and restart or for the rest of the day,


Do you think the radio could have somehow un-coded itself? Just weird the laptop can make it work but the stereo can't everything else works ipod/bluetooth/say nav

It's a 2005 E60
