Has anyone out there had voice command retro fitted

I have Pro Nav and car fitted for the Voice Command installation. I am trying to get it retrofitted in my garage for several months. Seems they have to do some software update for the insatllation but have some problems with first similar cars. Normally retrofit should be done here free as I ordered the car already with Voice Command option (the same was done for Nav Pro). My car is one year old.

I have voice command only in the phone. It works fine.
