What about a special place on this forum to remember members no longer with us? Rest in peace JDN.
Never knew him. However I always think that to lose anyone like this is a sad loss. I am sure he is in a happy place. His passing reminds us all of what and who is important in our lives. Thoughts with his loved ones.

Sounds like our little community has lost a true gentleman. I am sorry to say that I never had the opportunity to meet/chat with him. I would have liked to thank him for his service to his country and others in WWII.
Eternal Father, strong to save,
Whose arm hath bound the restless wave,
Who biddest the mighty ocean deep
Its own appointed limits keep;
Oh, hear us when we cry to Thee,
For those in peril on the sea!
Following Seas and Semper Fidelis

R.I.P. JDN. This is truly the sadest thread i've ever read on the forum eventhough I never knew JDN or have any contact besides reading his posts, but it is truly sad to lose a member, especially a member of this family where everyone is so warm and kind. My condolences to his family.

Rest In Peace JDN. My best wishes go out to his family.
He is in a better place now, driving a fully loaded M5 in the afterlife.
You will be missed.
