Ventilated seats pumping out warm/hot air?

If they are 'Climate' seats then I would imagine it's the same temp as the air from the vents on that side. I have this but so far have only experienced cool air from it.

To have the cool air though, you have your AC on?

I think so, only had the car for 5 days I always have the a/c on but I can only imagine without it on the seats circulate whatever air is in the cabin.

I believe they only circulate cabin air and not actually air from the AC ducts. I looked into retrofitting my car with these and basically all it was is perforated leather and fans built into the bottom of the seat. They pull from the bottom which theoretically is the coolest part of the car.

Boo, it would've been great if there was a feed to the seats. D'oh!
