I'm trying to decide whether to order comfort seats or not. Page 43 of the US-BMW owner's manual refers to ?active seat ventilation? (and has an asterisk which indicates that ventilated seats are an option). Which option are the ventilated seats a part of? The comfort seat option?

 

IIRC, ventilated seats are not available in the US.

The pre-requisite for them in Europe is Nasca Leather (which is the perforated looking leather you see in parts of the brochure)

 

I couldn't get those in the USand how I wanted them.
