Adaptive headlights. I tried very hard, but I can't even tell if it works or not while I am driving on the street.

The only time I know it's working is when I am in the garage and turn the steering wheel all the way, I can see my adaptive headlights turn a tiny bit.

I think the Nav is the most useless option. Don't get me wrong, I love Navigation systems, but BMW's Nav is useless compared to others.

In today's congested world, we never get to use cruise control. Maybe in Utah or crossing the desert. Besides, I can't help but to drive my E60 as opposed to having a car driving me.

I love every option I got. But if I eliminate one, it would probably be the heated REAR seats. Although, my passengers thus far have thanked me for getting it. And as winter approaches, it's likely that this feature will get used more and more.

Switch them off at night on the twisties, and you'll notice the difference. (I don't mean the lights - just the adaptive)

I agree, all NAV systems have their limitations but the system in the 5er is cumbersome, slow witted and capable of taking you miles out of your way. On mine, using "fastest route" takes me through Sheffield to get from Grantham to Birmingham! That's like Miami to LA via NY.

On the plus side, the comfort seats are so good that I will buy some sports seats off Ebay when the time comes to sell the car and swap them over, allowing me to use the comfort seats in my home. Mmmm donuts.....

For me the head up display would be worth its price if it was like the m5's.

The way it is on normal e60s Completely useless, especially if you dont have NAVI.

The stupid wiggling and irritating mpg gauge   . To drive you still need gas and the drivers with a brick on the gas already know what the consecuences of their driving style is.

Besides: all V8 drivers should not mind about gas abuse. This is the only thing that comes standard at no extra charge from BMW.

After all: if I had the chance to get an temp gauge instead of the mpg, it's me worth ? 100,-
