Default Unusual Cold Start and Code... Some Advice

Sup Fellas,
The temp is dropping and of course the car problems start to show up. When the outside temp is under 40 degrees F on a cold start car starts to shake and stumble for about the first 2 minutes until it warms up. Any start after the first start throughout the day no symptoms. On 2 occassions CEL flashes and then stays lit and I get a misfire on Cylinder 5. I was going to swap the Coil to a different cylinder but that wont help since all the times Ive started the car I only got the misfire twice so theres no gaurantee it will pop up. I have ordered a new coil and im going to see if the car starts better when I swap it out. Ive changed plugs at 70K and just did the coils at about 93K car has 103K on it now. Also along with the misfire Im pulling code 273D from INPA (photo attached). Im not sure hoping to get some help but I think this pops up because of the misfire I highly doubt something is wrong with my CAT or O2 sensor. Ive never seen this before and information online is very vague on this particular code. So I thought I'd reach out to the forum for some help. After the car warms up idles normally and if I turn the engine off and back on CEL has gone away 1 of the 2 times. Probably because when it illuminated the second time it stays from what I know. All help is appreciated.

Mine does the same in cold weather. Even with new coils it didn't make a difference. Doesn't do it all the time. Only when its extremely cold. -30 C. Sits in the garage overnight with a oil pan heater. Starts fine. At work (where I can't plug it in) if its really cold and I don't run my car at noon, it misfires at the end of the day. I'll get the misfire code, turn the car off, then back on and its fine. 04 545i.
