two problems

I was wondering if anyone had to deal with these problems that I am having with my 2007 550i. First the sunroof rattles even when I just shut my door. Second if I have a passenger in my front seat and that person gets out and I drive off the seat belt chime comes on and in my heads up display it says please fasten passengers seatbelt. Remember no one is sitting in the seat. Thanks

Only once did the seat belt chime activate after my passenger got out of the car, when I turned off the car and started it again, it was gone and hasn't occured since.
