OK, here's the deal. My 04 545i (CPO) had the iDrive going blank issue and as stated before, the CCC was replaced under warranty. However, when I got my car back the Logic7 did not play my XM radio source via the AUX as before. It had sound but no bass and not the Logic7 sound I was used to.
I brought the car back to the dealer and after 2 weeks without a solution I suggested they install Sirius since they could not fix the AUX I previously paid for. A few days ago they finally agreed to install the Sirius gratis. They are having trouble getting it to work properly. The latest was that the antenna was giving a poor signal, so they ordered another one.
Three weeks now into it I asked if maybe the "new" CCC was the problem. They still have my car and I still have the 08 535xi loaner.
Anyone ever experience this issue? If so, what is your suggestion to the solution?

Two questions:
1.) how did FM radio sound - did the Logic7 icon show up? Was it "normal" as before? (ok, that's 3 already but quasi related)
2.) did you plug anything else into the aux-in port and did you try swapping the cable as perhaps it was not making good contact and hence no bass

The Logic7 works fine with CD player & FM radio. The XM radio wire to the AUX was checked and is fine. Although, as I stated, they changed from the AUX to Sirius and still could not get the Logic7 to respond.
