Transmission Solenoid Replacement and Oil Questions

My Ride: BMW E60 530i

Ok transmisson solenoids been swapped out along with sealing sleeve, sealing adapater, oil and pan+filter.
Cars not jerking anymore so problem solved? BUT
Shift is rough between 1st and 2nd, when going up or down. Kinda like a thump. :\ hoping this is just due to the lack of learning and hope it goes away later\\

If you did reset adaptations, give it a few hundred miles. The TCU needs time to adjust shift points and pressures to compensate for your driving habits and normal clutch wear inside of the clutch packs.
Yes, perfectly normal. Mine did it for a couple hundred miles, especially 1-2 and 2-3 upshifts.

doing it via the pedal won't do anything 'extra'. in fact, if you've reset it with INPA, just leave it alone and let the TCU do its thing. How many miles have you put on the car since you did everything?
