Trade my '05 545i for an '03 Porsche 911 C2?

My Ride: In a place where the Mercedes density is the highest in the world (no. of MB per square kilometer) I choose a Bimmer, why? because of one thing "The Ultimate Driving Experience" My Ride: 523i Steptronic, Silver Grey Exterior, Black Interior with Black Dakota Leather and Maple Wood Trim. But now driving our 550 and our 911 back to back, I am AMAZED by the power of our 550. The 911 is quicker to 20 mph, then the 550 is quicker from 20-40mph. After 40mph (where when pushing to 7,000 rpm's I shift from 1st to 2nd), it's hasta la vista, with the 550 in my rearview. Of course, the whole while, the 550 is enjoying bluetooth, 5 passengers, huge trunk, etc.!

Can't go wrong with either. For me, I am loving the 911. And I also enjoy toting the family in the 550.

My Ride: 2009 550i sports, Nav, logic Best E60 yet 2004 545i, sports pkg, logic 7 steptronic, rear shade,orient blue with beige interior, blue tooth enabled Razer Phone. 2004 X5 3.0, sports pkg, stepronic, summer pkg. imola red. 2006 Mini Cooper S, manual, sports, prem pkg, nav and kitchen sink.

I would trade the 545i, but go for the new 911 carrara, its the best Porsche yet

My Ride: 2005 545i Sport, Premium, Logic 7, Jet Black, Black Leather, M-Aero Kit, 15% (very dark) Tint, Eichbach Lowering Springs, Red Brake Calipers, Radenergie R-10's, Michelin PilotSport2 in 245/35/20 and 285/30/20, Rolled Fenders, and a nifty Graco Baby Car Seat. Next Up: Xenon fogs, Eisemann Exhaust, iPod Interface, Comfort Seats.

I wouldn't buy a 996, because the 997 looks and drives so much better. I would rather a mint 993S2. Now THAT is a keeper.
