i will be getting a 525d in the last week of july and i will have buisness navigation. Will the TMC be fully working on it? Does TMC reroute you when there is traffic ahead? is this automatically?

is it is not available, when will it be and how do i get it then?

There is currently a problem with TMC implementation on Business Nav cars in the UK - i.e. it is not working but should be! No timescales have been provided by BMW to sort it out.

By the way, there is no need to bump your messages so soon. You'll soon get a reply, the members here are excellent.

As previously mentioned my car with biznav has been checked into the BMW shop for 2 days in early July to get the TMC up & running. Will report back with the results!

I don't think the problem is insurmountable as I saw TMC messages in my car when travelling through Germany.

TMC does all you mention on my uk pro-nav car

even announces that its re-routing due to congestion on original route!

Those TMC messages you saw... where they actuall TMC messages or were they coming from BMW Assist ?
I've heard that BMW Assist is also sending those messages to your car every ten minutes when your nav is active.
However, in Germany it works very good ! No problems on nav bus and nav pro with the TMC.

Well, you are unlikely to get a sign from heaven . Either check back here or ask your dealer (on second thoughts ask a different dealer, yours seems clueless)
