I ordered 285 30 19's ps2's from discount tire and received in 4 days for a saturday appt. Fronts were 245/35/19's. This was about 6 weeks ago.

Do your ps2's actually say ps2 on the sidewalls? Mine say Pilot Sport. I am 99.9% sure they are ps2's based on the tread pattern.

Check with discount tire , and they match any competitor pricing.
PS2 tire just says pilot sport. Yours are correct PS2.

Looks like Costco buys tires directly from Michelin to save cost they do not stock unusual sizes in any of their warehouses.
Discount tire or others may have inventory in their stock.

In my case I do not have too much choice but wait for scheduled delivery around 3rd week of August. It has already been
funded. At least they agreed to replace the AS tire with no additional cost to me.

Dear E60 owners; COSTCO fulfilled their promises for me today. These size tires were very difficult to get.
COSTCO replaced them for free after I used theirs for over 2 months.

I can not appreciate enough of their customer service. They have been calling almost every 4 days to let
me know the status. I got mine from Lewisville, Texas location the manager name is Ivan assisted by Jason.
COSTCO have qualified technicians, equipment you need for balancing, and above all better pricing than
others, and fill your tires with Nitrogen air.

Nice to know you got good result from COSTCO .
The N2 fill is nice. Do they offer this service for non-tire buying customers?
for a fee of course.

So do you now have AS Pilots all around? Did they replace the front or rears?

What's it with this Nitrogen???

What is the difference between 93W and 93Y?

Just checked the Costco website and noticed that they have the two different kinds but the prices were the same at 279.99.

Also they have a PS that is ZR vs the PS2 that is R rated. Should I care.

Does Costco have the Hunter machine?

No.. I have both front rear with "PS2". Frankly speaking "AS" make so much noise it is unbearable. I will never recommend "AS" to any one.

Regarding "Nitrogen" I am no expert, I have heard good things on this site please search.

I am no expert on this, but I asked my contact. His short answer is:
93W and 93Y are tires Load indeX. An assigned number ranging from 0 to 279 that corresponds to the load-carrying capacity of a tire. and Speed rating An alphabetical code (A-Z) assigned to a tire indicating the range of speeds at which the tire can carry a load under specified service conditions.

I am not sure on PS ZR and PS2 R. However ZR, ZRY and ZRW are rating high speed. All have R.

COSTCO confirmed they do have HUNTER as well as many touch less balancing equipments. Not sure all areas have them.
