I took this picture in a Porsche Cayenne last summer, the last day of the vacation, just before the shools started..

The rough circle formed by the motorways connecting Amsterdam, The Hague, Rotterdam and Utrecht often look like that on a wet Thursday or Friday evening. Never got to taking a picture of it, though.

The only reason I took a photo was I had plenty of time ! It took me 23 hrs to do 400 miles of which 18 hrs were stationary on the M5 until someone in a Ford Ka accelerated my recently aquired E60 by hitting me up the rear at 5 MPH (not my best day!). Only got it finally repaired 4 months after the accident, new rear bumper was OK but, rear exhaust section was on 3 months back order!!!
