Oil Changer HELP PLEASE

My Ride: 2004 530i Sport package, Premium package, Xenon
2002 BMW X5 3.0 Modded to X5 4.6is (4.6is body kits, exhaust) Premium pkg., cold weather pkg. rear climate pkg., Xenon headlights, clear all around.
OK, Easy to understand. Free Oil Change are no more. 
Need to change oil (iDrive says so)
How do I reset the oil service indicator if I want an Indy shop do it for me? I got my mechanics change my oil on my X5 and I reset it myself, but on 2004 530i i have no clue since it is on " iDrive Screen". How many quarts for the 2004 530i? Will do it asap. Thanks.

Have a read through the following thread, it will tell you how to reset the iDrive. Do a run-through first to get confidence before committing the reset.
