As others have said, the most economical way would be to have the dealer take the stolen key and valet key out of the car computer system, so the keys can no longer disable the alarm or start the car.

I had to do the same thing when someone got a hold of one of my keys, that also knew where I lived.

Yea but i it was a local person, he has the key to your car. They cannot steal the car but will always have access to the inside.
